By using Glorify Zambia you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Privacy Policy
How we collect and protect your data
Eligibility
- 13+ may use learning features.
- 18+ may donate, raise funds, or create ministry websites.
- By using Glorify, you confirm you meet these age requirements.
- We may request verification if needed.
Your Account
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your login secure
- Not share your account
- Notify us of unauthorised access at support@glorifyzm.org
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
User Content
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant Glorify a non-exclusive licence to:
- Host
- Display
- Distribute
- Promote your content on the Platform
We may remove content that violates these Terms, is harmful or abusive, or infringes on others' rights.
Fundraising and Donations
- Only users 18+ may donate or raise funds.
- All fundraising campaigns must be truthful and transparent.
- Funds must be used for the stated purpose.
- Glorify may request verification or documentation.
- Glorify is not responsible for how funds are ultimately used.
Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Glorify does not store financial information.
Creator Payouts & Rolling Reserve
Creators who are approved to publish courses or run fundraising campaigns are subject to the following payout and reserve conditions.
Weekly payouts
- Creator earnings are paid out on a weekly basis.
- A platform fee is deducted first to arrive at your net earnings.
- 90% of your net weekly balance is paid to your registered account each week.
Rolling reserve (10% held for 180 days)
- The remaining 10% of each week's net earnings is withheld as a rolling reserve.
- Each withheld amount is tracked separately with a release date 180 days after it was created.
- Reserves are returned automatically on their release date — no action is required from you.
- Released reserves flow into your next weekly payout.
- You can view all pending and released reserve batches in your creator dashboard.
Reserve on termination
- On voluntary account closure, pending reserves continue to mature and are paid out on their release dates.
- If an account is terminated for cause, reserves may be held during an active investigation.

Prohibited Activities
You may not use Glorify for:
- Illegal activities
- Fraud or misrepresentation
- Harassment or abuse
- Uploading harmful content
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Collecting data from others without consent
- Interfering with platform operations
Intellectual Property
All Glorify branding, design, and platform features are owned by Glorify Zambia. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Platform.
Third-Party Services
Your use of third-party services (e.g., Stripe, email providers) is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimer
Glorify is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Accuracy of content
- Fundraising outcomes
Users are responsible for evaluating content and ministries independently.
Limitation of Liability
Glorify is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Losses related to fundraising or donations
- Actions taken by creators, ministries, or donors
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@glorifyzm.org.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated version. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
